The problem: Church information was spread out, so visitors and members had to search for service times, ministries, online worship, and giving.
My approach: I organized the church's information around what people actually look for first, and built a clear path from arriving to connecting.
The result: A welcoming website where service times, ministries, online worship, giving, events, and ways to connect are easy to find.

Galilee Veterans Support Program

The problem: Program information lived in several places, so veterans, families, and partners had to work to understand what was offered and who it was for.
My approach: I grouped the services by the need they answer, wrote plain-language descriptions, and built a page order that follows how someone actually looks for help.
The result: Visitors can now understand the programs quickly, see whether they qualify, and find a clear way to reach out or make a referral.

Career Forward™ Workforce Readiness Program

The problem: Career Forward™, my own workforce readiness program, needed a home that explains what it offers, who it is for, and how to apply — without overwhelming people who were still deciding.
My approach: I built a multi-page program website at careerforwardprogram.com that organizes program details, eligibility, and application steps in the order a prospective participant thinks about them.
The result: People can read the program, understand what is expected, download the prep sheet, and apply in a single, confident path.
